| Q: Can we get a sample? |
| A: Samples are available upon request and you can place order directly in our store or we can sign a sample contract via email and then you pay accordingly. For custom-made goods, please contact us for more details. |
| Q: Can you make my designs? |
| A: Yes, OEM/ODM is welcome, pls feel free to send us pictures. If necessary, we can keep your design be protected under law. |
| Q: Can I get discounts? |
| A: Yes, for big orders, old customers and frequent customers, we give reasonable discounts. |
| Q: What is the payment method? |
| We have 100% prepayment, 30% deposit + balance before shipment, 30% deposit + copy of bill of lading and so on. For more options, please contact us. |
| Q: How long will the price be valid? |
| A: Basically, our prices remain valid for 30 days. Customers can negotiate with our team about the validity period. We only adjust our prices in two cases. |
| a) The exchange rate of the US dollar. Depending on the international currency exchange rate, the exchange rate of RMB can change significantly. |
| b) Significant changes in the price of raw materials. |
